III. Main tasks

The construction unit should bear the main responsibility for the prevention and control of dust pollution on construction sites, formulate feasible dust control schemes according to the construction characteristics, and refine the control measures and management responsibilities in strict accordance with the requirements of the Standard for the Prevention and Control of Dust on Construction Sites; For the project subject to general contracting management, the general contractor shall urge the subcontractors to fully implement various dust pollution prevention and control measures.
