To do a good job in e-commerce platform, should we pay more attention to merchants or users?

This is a controversial topic, and it is also a problem that is deeply confused by major e-commerce platforms. It seems that there is no standard answer.

Some people think that e-commerce platforms should pay more attention to merchants, because merchants can directly bring benefits to the platform; Some people think that we should pay attention to users, because users are customers who pay for money, "God" and traffic.

Some people think that both users and merchants should pay attention to it, but as a platform, e-commerce will treat merchants and users differently from a strategic perspective or from a specific implementation level, and it will inevitably focus on it.

For a long time in the past, both Ali and JD.COM, as established e-commerce platforms, and Tik Tok and Aauto Quicker, as emerging live e-commerce platforms, have consistently put businesses at the strategic core.

Compared with pleasing users, these e-commerce platforms pay more attention to pleasing merchants. After all, merchants can bring advertising, commissions and other service fees to the platform, which is also an important part of the existence of e-commerce platforms.

However, in the last two years, this concept has undergone a major change, and e-commerce platforms have begun to pay more attention to users.

In 2023, Ma Yun set the theme of "returning to Taobao, returning to users and returning to the Internet" for Ali’s transformation. One of the three themes is returning to users, emphasizing the importance of users.

In fact, Ali paid more attention to merchants in his early years, and "valuing merchants and neglecting users" was even regarded as Ali’s own gene. But now, while regaining the low-price strategy, Ali emphasizes paying attention to users and interprets e-commerce with his own experience. More attention should be paid to the laws of users.

JD.COM has repeatedly emphasized the importance of users in the process of pushing forward the low-price strategy. On March 29th, Liu Qiangdong, the founder of JD.COM, issued a letter to all employees, announcing that the corporate culture of JD.COM has been upgraded, and the core values of JD.COM have been upgraded to: customer first, innovation, hard work, responsibility, gratitude and honesty. Customer first has been used and put in the first place.

As a rising star of e-commerce, Pinduoduo has emphasized the importance of users since its establishment. Both its simple and direct "10 billion subsidy" and its harsh "only refund" model show the fact that Pinduoduo cares more about users than merchants.

As the latter, Pinduoduo can snatch food from other e-commerce platforms and develop rapidly. Paying attention to users is undoubtedly one of the secrets, which is also the real practice of the idea of "turning capitalism upside down" put forward by the founder of Pinduoduo in his early years.

At the end of last year, Taobao and JD.COM also launched a "refund only" service; At the beginning of this year, Tik Tok e-commerce also launched a fast refund service after delivery, which is aimed at all small shop merchants in the Tik Tok platform; At about the same time, Aauto Quicker e-commerce also upgraded the refund function after merchants agreed to reject it.

At this point, "refund only" has become a standard in the e-commerce industry, which means that the e-commerce platform finally chooses to lean towards consumers in the balance of interests of merchants, brands and users, and the e-commerce platform competes for users again.

In fact, the essence of retail is to provide users with better goods at lower prices and better services. In this sense, the e-commerce platform attaches importance to users, which is not only a transformation, but also a return, or a subversion of traditional production relations.

How do merchants and users view e-commerce platforms?

Consumers and businesses have different views on how e-commerce should be done and what kind of e-commerce the market needs.

Wang Li is a middle-level manager of an Internet giant. In the past years, he has been advocating all kinds of luxury goods. Many salespeople of big brands are his "WeChat friends". The annual shopping expenses range from hundreds of thousands of yuan to hundreds of thousands of yuan.

However, in the last three years, Wang Li’s consumption concept has changed. He is no longer obsessed with big brands, but pays more attention to adaptability. He usually shops through e-commerce platforms. "The quality of fruits that are killed by e-commerce platforms in a limited time is not worse than that of boutique merchants.; Daily necessities can also be purchased on the e-commerce platform. "

"Some daily necessities don’t need to pursue quality too much, as long as they can meet the demand. As for whether it is a brand or not, it is not that important on which platform to buy it." Wang Li told "handset tech (ID: tingtontech)".

Like Wang Li, more and more consumers are no longer loyal to an e-commerce platform, but choose the products they need to buy on different e-commerce platforms. They choose according to their needs, instead of blindly pursuing quality, they pay more attention to cost performance.

So what kind of e-commerce platform are businesses more willing to settle in?

The ultimate pursuit of merchants is to maximize profits. Which e-commerce platform can make merchants realize greater benefits, merchants are willing to cooperate with which platform. However, it is not easy to achieve this goal, which requires the cooperation between merchants and platforms, involving advertising services, commissions, platform policies, platform logistics, and promotional activities.

Liu Ming, the head of the manufacturer of clothing, shoes and hats in Guangzhou, told Earphone Tech that he was more willing to settle in Taobao and Tmall in his early years, because Ali paid more attention to the support and protection of merchants, and the platform brand was well-known and the traffic was large. "But in recent years, the traffic of Taotian was not as good as before, and our income was also affected."

In recent years, Liu Ming has changed his strategy and adopted a multi-platform operation mode. According to the characteristics and differences of various e-commerce platforms, he has promoted different product lines and diversified price systems. At the same time, he has increased cooperation with live broadcast e-commerce companies such as Tik Tok and Aauto Quicker.

Feng Li, a small and medium-sized manufacturer of towels, recently told "Earphone Tech" that "we have cooperated with different e-commerce platforms, and went to stock through Pinduoduo and 1688, and mainly made brands in Tmall."

Feng Li said that although the profit margin of low-priced platforms is not high, the sales volume is good. Although the profit margin of quality products is high, the investment is also more. "For example, the cost of Tmall stores is much higher and the operating costs are relatively large."

Feng Li calculated that compared with other e-commerce platforms, the profit rate of towels on Pinduoduo was at least 2 points higher, because of a large number of orders. "We also broadcast live in Aauto Quicker, and the price is also very cheap, and the sales volume is not bad." Feng Li said that the main income for one year now comes from two platforms: Pinduoduo and Aauto Quicker.

For businesses, it will cost more to be a brand. In the current economic situation, large sales volume and low cost are the pursuit of all businesses, and they are also the common requirements of a large number of small and medium-sized businesses for e-commerce platforms.

In recent years, with the return of mass consumption to rationality, the sales of many high-premium brand products have declined. In order to save the market, some high-premium brands have begun to cut prices sharply.

This is also an important reason for the rapid rise of Pinduoduo and Aauto Quicker in the past two years. In a rational consumption channel, excessive pursuit of brand premium won’t work, and high cost-effective goods have a way out. The surge in sales of white-brand goods in the past two years is also this logic.

Should e-commerce please merchants or please consumers?

Should the e-commerce platform pay more attention to merchants or consumers? There seems to be no standard answer, but time and reality give the final answer.

As a veteran e-commerce, Ali paid more attention to merchants in his early years, and "emphasizing merchants and neglecting users" was also regarded as a major feature of Ali. Ali emphasized in his early years that "there should be no difficult business in the world".

In the early days of e-commerce, many merchants didn’t understand e-commerce and wouldn’t sell online. Taobao put forward such a concept in those years, but now the times are different and e-commerce has matured. The platform should not only focus on how merchants sell good goods, but should pay more attention to letting consumers buy good goods.

For a long time in the past, Taobao Tmall’s platform grew bigger and bigger, and its business developed faster and faster, but users did not feel better service.

Sometimes there is a contradiction between users and merchants. When merchants can’t solve users’ problems, the platform customer service either can’t contact or doesn’t solve the problems. The customer service efficiency is very low, and many users have complained about such problems.

In those years, during the annual promotion activities, users finally enjoyed some preferential prices, and the e-commerce platform also vigorously promoted preferential prices. However, what the end users felt was not real cheap, but various words and routines, and the algorithms were also very complicated. In order to enjoy the preferential prices, users had to meet various requirements.

What is even more unacceptable to consumers is that even if users place orders in this way, they finally find that it is not much cheaper. Moreover, the e-commerce platform has been playing in this way for many years until consumers are bored with it.

In 2023, just as Ali’s market value was once surpassed by Pinduoduo, Ali employees left messages on the intranet, bluntly saying that Taotian should "simply buy, simply return, less routines and more benefits", which spoke out the voices of many users and also showed that Ali began to realize the problem.

In fact, Taobao’s early positioning was similar to that of Pinduoduo, and it grew up with low prices and small and medium-sized businesses. Unfortunately, Ali later abandoned many small and medium-sized businesses on his own initiative.

A few years ago, Ali firmly believed that an era of consumption upgrading was coming. Therefore, Taobao constantly upgraded its brand, introduced a large number of brands to settle in, and the annual technical service fee and default bond of the store also increased, causing some small and medium-sized businesses with weak competitiveness to leave Taobao.

This wave even spread to AliExpress, a cross-border e-commerce platform owned by Ali at that time. Around 2016, AliExpress more aggressively promoted brand transformation, requiring merchants to have corporate qualifications and brand authorization, and comprehensively cleaned up individual sellers.

In this way, not only small and medium-sized businesses have left Taotian and AliExpress, but also users have begun to choose other e-commerce platforms. The impact on Ali is that the development of Taotian has slowed down, the traffic has been separated, and the frequency and retention time of users have become less and less.

About ten years ago, AliExpress had almost no China rivals in the cross-border e-commerce field at that time, and it was very convenient for merchants to sell goods. With one click, the product information on Taobao could be transported to AliExpress. However, the departure of small and medium-sized merchants made AliExpress develop slowly after its initial success. In the last two years, the cross-border e-commerce fire broke out, and AliExpress started early but caught up with a late episode.

When Ali realized all this, the Internet had already bid farewell to the high-growth era in the past and entered the moment with the theme of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. At this time, Ali had to face not only Pinduoduo, a rapidly rising opponent, but also the impact brought by live e-commerce on short video platforms, and the original advantages of Taobao and Tmall were weakening.

To this end, Ali launched the largest organizational change since its establishment in 2023, and then made personnel adjustments. Zhang Yong’s position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group was handed over to Cai Chongxin, and the CEO position was taken over by Wu Yongming. The CEO of Taotian Group, the core e-commerce business, was also replaced at the end of last year.

Ma Yun thinks that the situation of Taotian Group is very serious, and asks Ali to return to Taobao, users and the Internet.

If Ali started to return to users after a long walk, then Pinduoduo, as a rising star, decided to put users first from the beginning.

Unlike Ali, who pays more attention to businesses, Pinduoduo cares more about users. Ali emphasizes "no hard business in the world", while Pinduoduo makes users feel that "there is no hard goods in the world".

In fact, low price is a universal demand. No matter the rich or the poor, there is a demand for "what they want" at an "affordable price", and Pinduoduo attracts people who are looking for high cost performance.

People in this group may spend a lot of money on an expensive brand-name watch or spend 9.9 yuan on a towel, and Wang Li is one of them.

When Pinduoduo was founded, data showed that about 90% of China adults had never drunk Starbucks, 1.3 billion people had never been abroad, and 1 billion people had never been on an airplane, and low-and middle-income people still accounted for the vast majority.

What Pinduoduo needs to do is matching, so that the right people can buy the right things in the right scene, which can not only provide the consumers in the sinking market with the right goods, but also provide the consumers in the first-and second-tier cities with the matching goods categories.

This is not a consumption downgrade, but a consumption classification. Pinduoduo’s approach also has its own unique business logic.

The founder of Pinduoduo once wrote an article called "Turn Capitalism upside down", which mentioned that as the ultimate representative of capitalism, the essence of insurance is that the poor spend money to buy a product that "seeks stability in an uncertain future" from the rich, so as to strengthen their ability to resist risks, and eventually wealth will flow from the poor to the rich.

The article puts forward a hypothesis, can the rich buy "insurance" from the poor in reverse, that is, buy a kind of stability, so that wealth can flow from the rich to the poor?

"Everyone’s wishes, their needs and plans at some point in the future are often much clearer than others. Moreover, this kind of everyone’s planning and willingness, as well as the individual’s certainty of a certain behavior, are often valuable to the supplier who meets the demand. It can reduce the uncertainty of organizational production and help achieve more effective allocation of resources and capital. "

Based on this concept, the article believes that if there is a platform that can get enough customers to buy a certain product, integrate the customers’ needs and send an order to the factory, the factory will sell the products to these customers at a price lower than the market price.

Moreover, because this order pays a certainty to the factory, the factory can reduce the risk of market research and forecasting the production direction of the market, and also reduce the inventory cost.

In a sense, this is a new type of relations of production, which was really realized by Pinduoduo later, and became the underlying logic of Pinduoduo.

Perhaps many people once resented Pinduoduo’s "cutting a knife", but they have to admit that Pinduoduo’s "reverse capitalism" has succeeded. In the past two years, while most Internet giants have experienced a trough, Pinduoduo has been growing substantially.

This is not so much a victory of the new e-commerce model as a victory of embracing users in the Internet age.

How does the e-commerce platform please users?

How should the e-commerce platform please users? The first is low price.

The essence of retail is to provide users with better goods at lower prices and better services. Low price is the big killer, and cheap is the last word, which is also the truth confirmed by the development of domestic e-commerce.

Domestic e-commerce has developed for so many years, and the competition has never stopped, and the means of competition are also varied. However, the most powerful means of competition has never changed, and it is still a price war.

On June 1st, 2019, Pinduoduo entered the "618 Promotion" for the first time in an all-round way, and announced that in the form of "10 billion yuan cash subsidy", joint brand merchants would make substantial profits on 10,000 items with the highest popularity in the whole network.

Compared with the subsidies of other e-commerce platforms with complicated algorithms, Pinduoduo’s tens of billions of subsidies are simple and straightforward, either directly subsidizing or directly reducing prices, and there is no need to make a bill or play "full reduction", which also makes Pinduoduo, which was originally dominant in the sinking market, win more shares and uses.

According to the data in the early years, during the period of June 18, 2019, the number of orders in Pinduoduo exceeded 1.08 billion, and GMV increased by over 300% year-on-year. Since then, the subsidy of 10 billion yuan has become a long-term strategy of Pinduoduo and a powerful means to attract users. By this means, Pinduoduo artificially created a price depression and snatched a large number of user orders from Tmall and JD.COM.

In fact, in the early years, Taobao also defeated offline retail by relying on low prices, and began the prosperity of e-commerce; JD.COM also defeated Dangdang, the dominant book e-commerce company at that time, and Suning, the leading retailer of traditional household appliances, through low prices, thus winning a relatively stable market position.

Only later, with the continuous development of Taobao and JD.COM, the advantage of low price was lost. Until 2023, these two platforms began to pay attention to low price again.

In fact, since 2023, almost all e-commerce platforms have launched low prices. Besides Taotian and JD.COM, there are also live e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok and Aauto Quicker. Like Pinduoduo, e-commerce in Aauto Quicker is also based on the sinking market, and in 2023, it ushered in a rapid growth in performance.

In addition to low prices, another way for e-commerce platforms to please users is to improve service quality and improve user experience. Since 2023, almost all e-commerce platforms have been working hard to improve the user experience.

Ali determined the theme of returning to e-commerce and returning to users, and established the strategy of building a big amoy. Facing the future, Taotian has determined three directions of "innovation and innovation", upgrading new scenes, new ecology and new technologies, among which the first one is user priority.

At the end of 2023, after Ma Yun shouted "Ali will change", Liu Qiangdong also replied to employees’ comments on the company intranet that JD.COM must change, otherwise there is no way out. "I believe we will definitely get out of the trough. Anyone and any company will experience several peaks and valleys to achieve greatness. "

Xu Ran, CEO of JD.COM, also responded that JD.COM has made some progress in price competitiveness, platform ecological construction and supply chain advantages. While the number of merchants has further expanded, the increase in the number of users has also proved the optimization of platform ecological construction.

Xu Ran said, "In the long run, JD.COM will resolutely pursue the ultimate user experience to maintain its core competitive advantage".

When e-commerce platforms begin to pursue low prices and changes, they all begin to emphasize user experience, which also means that e-commerce companies are changing their business philosophy and paying more attention to users’ needs.

Why are a large number of industrial belt enterprises willing to dig deep into the white-brand track? When the business model is based on "maximizing the unit consumption benefit", businesses can provide consumers with the products that best meet their actual needs at the lowest cost and price, and thus survive and develop.

In the future industrial world, whoever controls consumers will control manufacturing. If you can’t directly connect with consumers, you can’t win consumers, and you are doomed to have no longer-term future.

This is the future of retail and the long-term doctrine of e-commerce.

Regarding the epidemic, Zhong Nanshan has 12 latest judgments.

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in China continues to improve, and foreign epidemics spread rapidly. "External defense input and internal defense rebound" has become the focus of epidemic prevention and control in China. Can I take off my mask now? How contagious are asymptomatic infected people and relapsing patients? Will pets spread viruses? Recently, Zhong Nanshan, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, responded to the hot issues of epidemic prevention and control.

It’s not time to take off the mask yet.

Zhong Nanshan:At present, the situation at home and abroad is very different. China has entered the second stage of the epidemic because of its decisive measures, while other major countries are still in the first stage of the outbreak and are still climbing up. This means that the probability of human-to-human transmission is very high, and the number of confirmed cases increases very quickly.Wearing a mask is still an important means of self-protection, but it is not necessary to wear it in areas where the epidemic situation is not serious, places with few people or open spaces.

Wuhan has passed the customs, but there is still the next pass.

Zhong Nanshan:After the outbreak, the central government took decisive measures to control Wuhan’s urban traffic, and it was very successful to take measures to prevent and treat it in other places. In the history of epidemic prevention and control, this is also a feat. However, there are still two tests: one is how to prevent and control while returning to work, and the other is the "external defense input" barrier. At present, foreign epidemic situation is still at the peak, and some coastal cities in China, which have close communication with foreign countries, are easily "involved", and then some epidemic situations occur. It can be said that the next "pass" of Wuhan is also the "pass" of the whole country, and it needs to pass through various prevention and control measures.

  3. It is very unlikely that foreign imports will cause a second outbreak in China.

Zhong Nanshan:There are actually two questions about whether the overseas epidemic will cause a second outbreak of the domestic epidemic: first, whether the imported cases have spread, and second, whether they will break out in the process of spreading. The risk of transmission of imported cases definitely exists, especially cases with positive nucleic acid test or symptoms of infection, which are highly contagious and will cause virus transmission. At present, the mass prevention and control in China has been sinking into the community, and community residents have a strong sense of self-protection, such as wearing masks and keeping a distance from others. Once someone has symptoms such as fever, he can report or accept diagnosis quickly, and then isolate. On the whole, the risk of community transmission certainly exists, but the probability of the second wave of outbreaks in China is very small.

It is too early to talk about the "turning point" of the global epidemic.

Zhong Nanshan:Globally, the original "epicenter" of the epidemic was in Europe, especially Spain and Italy, and now it also includes Germany, France and Britain. The biggest problem at present is the United States. In the past week, the number of confirmed cases in the United States has increased at a rate of 10,000 to 20,000 per day. It is too early to predict when the global epidemic will have an "inflection point".It can be said that whether there can be an "inflection point" mainly depends on whether governments can intervene strongly. There are many unpredictable factors in other countries. According to the current situation, I am afraid it will take another two weeks.

  5. The proportion of asymptomatic infected people in China will not be large.

Zhong Nanshan:Asymptomatic infected people do not appear out of thin air, but usually appear in two groups: first, people who have not shown symptoms for the time being but may have been infected in areas with relatively serious epidemics; The other is the close contacts of the confirmed cases, and their proportion is relatively small. Asymptomatic infected people also have two concepts. One is that they have no symptoms at first, but then they will gradually develop into symptoms. Such patients are definitely contagious; The other is that during a long observation, there is no symptom all the time, but the nucleic acid test is positive. We are studying the infectivity of such patients. However, according to the characteristics of Covid-19, once symptoms appear, it is more contagious, so it is correct to isolate asymptomatic infected people for observation.

  6. Most patients with relapse are not contagious.

Zhong Nanshan:Generally speaking, most patients with relapse are not contagious. Most of the so-called multiple positives are fragments of nucleic acid, not the virus itself. We need to pay attention to two situations. The first is whether the patient has a relapse. If the patient produces strong antibodies, he will not be infected again. As for whether patients with relapsing yang will be transmitted to others, it needs specific analysis. Generally speaking, nucleic acid fragments are not contagious. Some scholars have cultivated throat swabs and secretions of patients with relapsing yang, but they have not cultivated viruses. The second situation is that patients have many basic diseases, but their symptoms have improved and they have not fully recovered. These patients cannot rule out infectivity.

  7. There is not enough evidence of "influenza" in COVID-19.

Zhong Nanshan:At present, there is not enough evidence of COVID-19’s "influenza".Unless there is such a rule in virus transmission: its infectivity is still strong, but the mortality rate is getting lower and lower. In this case, it is possible to exist for a long time. We now need to make long-term observation and master sufficient data and cases before we can draw such a view. Under the present circumstances, I don’t think this prediction will come true.

  8. It is too early to draw conclusions about animal-to-animal transmission.

Zhong Nanshan:It remains to be seen whether some animals such as dogs, cats and tigers are positive for nucleic acid detection, which is caused by pollution or infection. Some animals originally carry some viruses, which may not be symptomatic or contagious. It is too early to conclude that Covid-19 in these animals can infect both humans and animals, and both can cause diseases.

  9. Some effective drugs have been found, but there is no specific drug yet.

Zhong Nanshan:Some drugs we are testing now (such as chloroquine phosphate) are definitely effective. We are summarizing them and will announce them soon. There are also some Chinese medicines (such as Lianhua Qingwen), which we have not only done in vitro experiments, but also found in P3 laboratory (the third-level laboratory of biosafety protection) that their antiviral effect is not strong, but their anti-inflammatory performance is outstanding, and the relevant experimental results will be published soon. In addition, there is Xuebijing, a traditional Chinese medicine. Its main components include safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza, radix paeoniae rubra, etc. It is used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, but it is also effective in the treatment of severe patients. We are summarizing the situation of these drugs.

  10. The vaccine will not be on the market soon, and the vaccination depends on the situation.

Zhong Nanshan:Vaccine is very important to really end the epidemic. Now all countries are developing it at the fastest speed, but I don’t think it can be made in three or four months. In addition, according to the experience of fighting SARS, removing the intermediate host can also block the spread of the epidemic. At present, we are not clear about the transmission chain in Covid-19, and it is also important to cut it off after it is clear.Put all your hopes on the vaccine, and all other methods are negative. Moreover, after the vaccine comes out, it is impossible to be perfect at once. The susceptible population can be vaccinated, but it is not necessary for everyone to be vaccinated.

  11. Group immunization is the most negative practice.

Zhong Nanshan:The most negative way to deal with the epidemic is the so-called "group immunity", which was the idea more than 100 years ago.At that time, human beings had no choice but to let the virus infect them, and those who survived the infection naturally got antibodies. I don’t agree to deal with Covid-19 in this way again. In the past 100 years, mankind has made great progress, and there are many ways to prevent it, so there is no need to use natural immunity or group immunity.

  12. The most worth sharing experience of the "epidemic" in China War is execution.

Zhong Nanshan:China War "epidemic" mainly took two measures: first, blocked the outbreak area and blocked the spread; The second is grassroots group defense and group governance. Now there are two core points of prevention and control: one is to keep a distance, and the other is to wear a mask.

So,China’s most shareable experience is execution.. The medical level and technical strength of many countries are much higher than that of our country. The reason why we were caught off guard in the face of the epidemic was because we were not prepared mentally and did not take decisive measures, which led to the infection of many front-line medical personnel. Once this line of defense collapses, it is easy to get out of control.

With the increasing awareness of residents’ exercise and fitness, many people have developed the habit of staying at home. Especially after the popularity of live fitness broadcast by artist Liu Genghong, more and more fitness enterprises began to try to transform online, and "cloud fitness" began to become a new trend.

"Finally!" On May 22nd, Fan Peipei, who worked as a fitness coach in Shanghai, stared at the TV news conference and could not help but let out a sigh of emotion.

On the same day, the Shanghai Municipal Sports Bureau issued the "Implementation Plan for Shanghai Sports Industry to Restore Normal Production and Life Order in an Orderly Way". The plan requires that the opening of sports venues and sports events be resumed in an orderly manner, following the principle of outdoor first, indoor first, and individual events first.

Affected by the epidemic, some fitness facilities in Beijing, Shanghai and other places have been operating poorly for some time.

Although it ushered in the dawn of returning to work, in Fan Peipei’s view, the domestic epidemic has fluctuated repeatedly, and fitness companies must find a "more reasonable business model under the epidemic".

With the increasing awareness of residents’ exercise and fitness, many people have developed the habit of staying at home for fitness, and the download volume of some fitness apps has been increasing. Especially after the live broadcast of Liu Genghong, an artist, became popular, more and more fitness companies began to try to transform online, and "cloud fitness" began to become a new trend.

"The most important thing is to survive first."

"In the past, spring was the peak season for business, but this year the situation is really not optimistic." Yang Lan, manager of Beijing Superman Fitness shaoyaoju Branch, said frankly.

During the May Day holiday this year, Beijing announced that it would suspend the business activities of indoor sports venues such as gymnasiums throughout the city.

"Our main source of revenue is private lessons, especially one-on-one membership services. Suspension of offline operations is equivalent to cutting off cash flow, but the rent and labor costs have not decreased." Yang Lan said.

Generally speaking, the fitness industry belongs to the offline entity industry with heavy assets, and its operating characteristics are large initial investment and high operating costs. However, after the epidemic, the number of people dropped sharply, which also led many fitness enterprises to face debt or even bankruptcy.

"The passenger flow has been greatly reduced, the store rent is still high, and the higher the operating cost, the greater the impact." Yang Dahao, a partner of Leke Fitness and Hepingli Store, told reporters that compared with small fitness studios with lower operating costs, those fitness institutions located in prosperous business districts often face greater survival tests.

In desperation, many operators began to strive to reduce operating costs. For example, many businesses in Beijing recently applied for rent reduction. According to the relevant notice issued by Beijing in April, all small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households renting state-owned houses in Beijing can reduce the rent for three months, while the rent for state-owned houses in areas classified as high-risk areas in the epidemic can be reduced for six months.

In addition, many fitness companies have also launched trendy sports such as frisbee and flag football, which are mostly carried out outdoors, which can effectively reduce the risk of epidemic spread.

"Take frisbee as an example. People can buy a frisbee for tens of yuan." Yang Haohao introduced that the entry threshold of Frisbee is not high, and the basic rules are simple and easy to understand, so you can learn it easily with or without experience. Frequent and close communication in Frisbee sports also makes Frisbee sports have strong social attributes.

Of course, many fitness institutions are selling fitness products at reduced prices to survive.

"The longer the epidemic lasts, the more conservative people’s consumption concept becomes. Although many fitness companies are operating at a loss, it is most important to survive first." Yang Lan said.

On the test line, there are joys and sorrows.

A tripod, an iPad and a small microphone … … This is a "three-piece set" taught online by Zhou Qian, the coach of a private fitness studio in Shanghai.

"Every day, there are two one-on-one private classes and a small class group exercise class, all of which are conducted online." Zhou Qian told reporters.

It is reported that the online business of testing water during the epidemic has become an important measure for the transformation and development of fitness enterprises. Take Super Orangutan, a sports and fitness brand, as an example. After the current epidemic, the company quickly set up a "online class" topic, including fat burning, shaping and other options. Some companies tried to pre-sell course packages on platforms such as Tik Tok, and launched online one-to-one and one-to-many course teaching.

Zhou Qian believes that online teaching can help fitness enthusiasts keep fit, and at the same time, it can strengthen the brand effect and lay a good foundation for returning customers after returning to work.

However, not all members can adapt to the rhythm and atmosphere of online teaching. During the interview, many consumers told reporters that the efficiency of online teaching needs to be improved, and the sense of experience is not as good as offline. "Online teaching can’t be demonstrated in close proximity, which greatly reduces the teaching effect." Xu Weiwei, a fitness enthusiast, said that some fitness enthusiasts around him are not very receptive to online teaching, and many people are unable to carry out online learning because of the limitations of venues, equipment and other factors.

A good opportunity for coaches to build personal IP

"Swing your arms and legs up, and the fat around your waist will snap off" and "thin and thin together" … … Artist Liu Genghong’s recent live fitness broadcast on the short video platform quickly became popular.

After Liu Genghong’s fire spread all over the network, Qin Ye, the coach of Super Orangutan Group’s aerobics class, quickly made a circle in Tik Tok for adapting Liu Genghong’s shuttlecock gymnastics. This attempt made him realize that with the continuous improvement of national health awareness, the online fitness market in China is showing great growth potential.

The reporter learned that in the online live broadcast of the super gorilla, in addition to the live broadcast of the official platform, many coaches also opened their own live accounts, and they gradually became accustomed to the online live broadcast teaching method, paying more attention to online and offline linkage.

According to relevant data, in 2021, the market size of fitness industry in China will reach 377.1 billion yuan, including 638 million webcast users in China, and the utilization rate of online live broadcast is as high as 63%. It is generally believed in the industry that fitness coaches have ushered in a good opportunity to build personal IP.

Qin also told reporters that since the audience of online live broadcast is mostly zero-based "fitness white", the content of the course he arranged should first consider safety and scientificity, and the intensity should not be too great.

"For the fitness instructor himself, excellent professional ability is only the foundation. The most important thing to get out of the circle is to strengthen your personal style and identify the user base in combination with your own strengths." Tang Huan, founder of a fitness media, said.

Tang Yuejun, an associate professor at Fudan University School of Management, believes that this is precisely the prerequisite for achieving a win-win situation between fitness coaches and fitness platforms.

"The coach can’t build personal IP without the promotion and operation of fitness platform. The two are complementary. The coach is responsible for providing high-quality fitness resources, while the enterprise provides platform construction, technology integration and business model construction." Tang Yuejun said, "The key to the sustainability of this model lies in whether fitness enterprises can break through the traditional logic of employment and service between enterprises, employees and customers and evolve into a new type of partner logic."

Young Xia, Chaoyang: The United States can stop playing the "Taiwan Province card" that must be lost.

"Public opinion cannot be violated, and playing with fire will set you on fire." On July 28th, during the first US dollar conversation, China expressed hit the floor’s position on the Taiwan Province issue. This is for President Biden of the United States, and even more for Speaker Pelosi of the House of Representatives of the United States.

▲ Playing the "Taiwan Province card" to contain and contain China is a long-standing practice in the United States. (Comic | Liu Rui)

At present, Pelosi’s "channeling Taiwan" plan is still fermenting. Four months ago, Pelosi made a test, which ended in "tactical positive". Pelosi’s new visit plan is another example of the US’s promise of "four noes and no intentions" and another card in the US "Taiwan to China" deck. Let’s take a look at what "cards" the United States has for "making China".

  I. Political and diplomatic cards

The "political card" is a common trick of the United States, which blurs the identity of Taiwan Province as a region of China and tries to create the illusion that "Taiwan Province is a sovereign country".

There are many ways to play "political cards", among which "playing straight", "playing pair" and "cheating" are all common card tricks used by the United States to provoke pressure and gossip.

"Shunzi": sending US officials or former politicians of different levels to visit Taiwan Province to show their so-called "firm support" for Taiwan. If you don’t achieve the expected provocative effect, you will continue to add big cards to the straight. This year alone, former US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mike Mullen, former Defense Minister Esper, and Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi have visited or planned to visit, and some American politicians have been frantically exploring on the edge of a China principle high-voltage line.

"Pairing up": Pulling in allies in an attempt to pull Taiwan Province into international organizations or conferences that only sovereign countries can participate in. Not long ago, the United States once again picked on the topic of "Taiwan Province’s participation in the World Health Assembly" and "strongly advocated" that WHO invite Taiwan Province to participate in the 75th World Health Assembly as an observer under the guise of sharing global anti-epidemic information. Together with some western countries, echo each other encouraged the "Taiwan independence" forces to be arrogant. This is an unbridled provocation to UN General Assembly resolution 2758 and the One-China principle, and what "multilateralism" the United States adheres to is obvious.

"Cheating": secretly poke and modify the Taiwan-related statements on official documents. Recently, the State Council suddenly adjusted two core expressions of its relations between official website and Taiwan:

▲ In June, 2022, Esper, the former US Secretary of Defense, said in an interview that the United States needed to re-examine the one-China policy.

First, the key statement that "the United States does not support Taiwan independence" was once deleted, and then it was restored under pressure.

The second is to change diplomatic recognition from Taipei to Beijing in the 1979 US-China Joint Communique. The United States recognizes that the government of People’s Republic of China (PRC) is the sole legal government of China, and China’s position that there is only one China and Taiwan Province is a part of China "has been changed to the so-called" Three Joint Communiqués, ‘ Taiwan Relations Act ’ And involving US arms sales to Taiwan ‘ Six guarantees ’ And jointly guide the United States on how to adhere to the one-China policy.

A big country should have kept its promise, but now it has gone back on its word, and the US government has repeatedly overdrawn its credibility of "insufficient balance", which the international community has seen. "Taiwan independence" elements can, in turn, weigh whether the American promise they rely on is reliable.

  Second, the military force card

The "military card" is a big name that the United States often shows up to scare people but dare not directly play it. It is mainly to piece together military alliances, export military strength and engage in military confrontation.

In recent years, the United States has stepped up the implementation of the "Indo-Pacific Strategy", and its military exports to Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and other places have never stopped, discharging various positions in the region in an attempt to build a "military encirclement circle" against China. At the same time, the United States makes use of Taiwan Province’s unique geographical position to make it a "strategic outpost" in order to keep the pressure on China.

▲ A promo released by the US Army’s First Special Operations Group in February 2019 shows that US special forces are training with Taiwan troops in Taiwan Province.

The United States keeps saying that it doesn’t support Taiwan independence, but actually helps Taiwan Province formulate its so-called "military strategy", trains its military forces in actual combat, acquiesces in and even unites with the "Taiwan independence" forces to fight against China. It is not enough to build a disposable "barracks" for training soldiers. The United States also personally left the scene and frequently sent warships and fighter planes to the Taiwan Province Strait for provocation.

Recently, U.S. reconnaissance planes approached the Taiwan Province Strait several times, and the guided missile destroyer "Bendford" even carried out provocative acts three times in a week in sensitive sea areas such as the Taiwan Province Strait.

The United States not only shows its muscles under the banner of so-called "freedom of navigation", but also bites back after muddling the water, smearing China’s legitimate response as "coercion by force" in the region, packaging itself as a "just messenger" to maintain regional peace and continuing to make waves, and then beautifying the US security threat to the region as a so-called "stability help" with the cooperation of "Taiwan independence" elements.

"Making a fortune" through arms sales is another major specialty of the United States. In order to find an excuse for arms sales to Taiwan, the United States often paves the way by throwing a "legal card" first, that is, invoking the so-called "Taiwan Relations Act", an American domestic law.

▲ In March, 2020, the Taiwan military drove the M-60A3 TTS main battle tank purchased from the United States and carried out tactical movement on the streets of Yilan City.

Since the 1980s, the United States should have abided by the spirit of Three Joint Communiqués, especially the August 17th Communiqué, and gradually reduced its arms sales to Taiwan Province until it stopped completely. However, it has not yet been fulfilled. Some politicians and arms dealers in the United States collude with each other and constantly submit various fancy Taiwan-related bills to Congress, thus making a lot of money.

In June 2022, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the US Senate, Democratic Congressman Menendez and Republican Congressman Graham jointly proposed the "Taiwan Province Policy Act of 2022", which included upgrading the so-called "military relations" between the two sides, listing Taiwan Province as a "major non-NATO ally" and providing Taiwan with $4.5 billion in military financing support in the next four years.

Not long ago, the State Council of the United States approved to provide a total of $108 million in military technical assistance to the Taipei Cultural Relics Office in the United States. On the surface, the United States, which plays the role of "philanthropist", regards Taiwan Province as a "pawn" to contain China from the bottom of its heart, and at the same time, it also makes a big profit from it to satisfy its strategic wealth win-win ambition.

Third, the scientific and technological innovation card

"Science and technology card" is a common routine for the United States to maintain its hegemonic position, mainly through direct intervention, technology blockade, export control, patchwork of "small circles" and other means to suppress strategic competitors and consolidate its own scientific and technological advantages.

During the Cold War, the United States imposed an embargo on socialist countries headed by the Soviet Union through the Export Control Law, and in the 1980s, it suppressed related industries in Japan through the US-Japan Semiconductor Agreement. The "black history" of this card is everywhere.

In recent years, in the name of "national security", the United States has wooed its allies to cut off supply and blacklist, and built a "small courtyard and high wall" in an attempt to increase the blockade of China in the core scientific and technological fields and realize "de-China" in key supply chains and industrial chains. Taiwan Province’s advantages in the semiconductor industry make it a "key wall brick" that the United States must firmly hold and never let China go.

During the Trump administration, the United States repeatedly asked TSMC to set up factories in the United States and prohibited TSMC from providing chips to Huawei. Last year, the "American Association in Taiwan" said that "the United States and Taiwan Province are the most natural partners in the global semiconductor supply chain", and promoted the deepening of interest bundling between the two sides with rhetoric.

▲ The United States launched the "Four-Party Alliance of Chips" and invited semiconductor companies from South Korea, Japan and Taiwan Province Province of China to join in an attempt to erect a "semiconductor barrier" against Chinese mainland. The picture shows that during Biden’s visit to South Korea in May 2022, accompanied by South Korean President Yin Xiyue, he visited Samsung Electronics Semiconductor Factory.

In April, 2022, the United States raised the issue of establishing Chip 4 with Taiwan Province, South Korea and Japan. Last month, the "American Association in Taiwan" announced that Taiwan Province Universal Wafers would invest and set up a factory in Texas. Recently, the US Senate and House of Representatives passed the "Chip Plus" bill involving 280 billion US dollars, attracting more companies including Taiwan Province semiconductor companies to set up factories in the United States.

The United States frequently woos Taiwan Province in the field of semiconductors in order to gain greater initiative in technology blockade and export control to China, prevent China from gaining a dominant position in the strategic field, and strengthen its control over the global chip industry chain.

According to the magazine Diplomatic Scholar and the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Chip 4 highlights security and political considerations and runs counter to economic laws, which will further disrupt the global value chain, leading to rising costs and declining competitiveness of the semiconductor industry.

  Fourth, the public opinion card

The "public opinion card" is the usual routine of the United States to engage in political manipulation and the party’s opposition to differences. It mainly relies on fabricating lies, plotting and manipulating public opinion to trouble other countries. At present, this set of public opinion cards in the United States attempts to put on the mainland and Taiwan Province a narrative cloak of "democracy against authoritarianism", pretending to be unjust in the name of morality.

One is to discredit China. Based on the so-called "universal values", the United States hyped up and branded China as "authoritarianism" and "America’s number one security threat". Last year, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Senate passed the "Strategic Competition Act of 2021", proposing to spend 300 million US dollars every year to spread negative information to discredit China. At the same time, it exaggerates the mainland’s "threat of force" to incite panic on the island and hold Taiwan Province’s public opinion, so as to distort and enlarge the differences in social systems between the two sides of the strait into ideological differences among the people.

The second is to flatter Taiwan Province. American officials at all levels have repeatedly flaunted Taiwan Province’s "democratic achievements", portrayed Taiwan Province as an "excellent student of democracy" and invited Taiwan Province to attend the so-called "democracy summit". On the one hand, it provides "support" for the Democratic Progressive Party authorities to consolidate the ideological foundation of "relying on the United States for independence" and transform the political identity and value system of Taiwan Province society; on the other hand, it expands Taiwan Province’s "international living space" in the name of "democracy" in an attempt to trigger "empathy" and "solidarity" in the western world.

▲ When answering questions in the House of Representatives in September, 2021, US Secretary of State blinken compared Ukraine and Taiwan Province, falsely claiming that the United States would fulfill its promise to Taiwan Province under the Taiwan Relations Act and also to Ukraine.

Third, make use of other hot issues to write articles on Taiwan Province indirectly. Acquilino, commander of the US Indo-Pacific Command, declared in an interview that "the Ukrainian issue highlights the serious threat posed by China to Taiwan Province". There are essential differences between the Taiwan Province issue and the Ukrainian crisis. Comparing the two issues and advocating that "Ukraine today is tomorrow’s Taiwan Province" is totally a conspiracy and a blatant challenge to China’s bottom line.

After Hong Kong’s "storm of amending laws", Mo Jian, chairman of the American Association in Taiwan, falsely claimed that China’s "one country, two systems" action in Hong Kong clearly showed that it not only sought reunification with Taiwan Province, but also undermined Taiwan’s democracy. The United States deliberately misinterprets "one country, two systems", provokes cross-strait relations under the banner of democracy, and creates difficulties for the peaceful reunification of the two sides.

▲ The Taiwan Province issue is the most important and sensitive issue in Sino-US relations. It is very dangerous for the United States to keep playing the "Taiwan Province" card, and it is "playing with fire". (Comic | Liu Rui)

Political and diplomatic cards, military force cards, scientific and technological innovation cards, and public opinion cards seem to be interlocking. The United States seems determined to win the "chip" of Taiwan Province. However, the Taiwan Province issue is just a game and a card game for the United States, and it is related to national rejuvenation and the righteousness of the country for China, and there is absolutely no room for bargaining.

In the face of justice, the game of playing with fire in the United States can only be attributed to a dream.

Tsinghua responded to disabled candidates’ request to bring their mothers to school: the prepared dormitory fee is free.

On June 26th, Wei Xiang, a disabled and poor Gansu examinee who scored well in the college entrance examination, sent a request to Tsinghua University through WeChat, hoping that Tsinghua would help solve the accommodation difficulties and enable him to take his mother who lived alone with him to go to school in Tsinghua. This request not only got a response from Tsinghua at the first time, but also got a touching reply from Tsinghua. Together, the two letters touched many netizens at one time.

Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from Tsinghua University yesterday that many Tsinghua alumni have offered financial aid to Wei Xiang. According to the logistics department of Tsinghua, the school has prepared a single dormitory for Wei Xiang’s mother and son, and the accommodation for the mother and son is free during their study in Tsinghua. At the same time, Tsinghua yesterday announced the launch of the "Hongyan Plan" to support students from poor families to participate in overseas exchanges, with a view to providing strong support for the all-round development and growth of children from poor families.

Have congenital diseases but never admit defeat.

Simple and honest smile, handsome appearance and simple language are Wei Xiang’s first impressions. Wei Xiang, sitting in a chair, looks no different from ordinary people. But if you notice the crutches beside him, you will find that he is a teenager with congenital diseases.

Wei Xiang is 19 years old. As early as he was 10 months old, he was diagnosed with congenital spina bifida with intraspinal cyst disease. Wei Xiang’s mother, Xia Ruiyun, said that the disease caused the loss of motor function of his lower limbs. When he was 10 months old and over 1 year old, Wei Xiang underwent two operations respectively, but his condition did not improve after the operation.

Xia Ruiyun is a nurse in a local hospital. During the day, she has to take care of the patients in the hospital, and at night, she has to take care of the small patients at home. Fortunately, I was accompanied by my lover before, and life was hard, but each other had the other as the spiritual pillar, and they also survived. When Wei Xiang was three and a half years old, they decided to let their children receive education: "Be sure to go to school, and with knowledge, they will broaden their minds."

Young Wei Xiangsheng can’t take care of himself. They go to kindergarten with their children in their arms or on their backs in the morning, pick them up for dinner at noon, and send them again in the afternoon. A family living alone doesn’t feel how hard life is. But fate seems to have been "competing" with them. In 2005, Xia Ruiyun’s lover died because of illness, leaving her helpless and physically disabled children.

"At that time, I felt that the sky was falling, and I had a mental breakdown. I was completely in a depressed state. I can’t figure out why my life is so bitter? " But looking at the child’s innocent smile, she survived. After all, the child needs someone to take care of him. "If I fall, he will have no home."

In the following time, Xia Ruiyun accompanied her children to study, while asking about good hospitals. In 2008, she took Wei Xiang to a hospital in Beijing for the third operation, but this operation failed to completely improve his physical condition.

In order to enable children to study normally, from primary school to high school, rain or shine, she will become the "legs" of children. In elementary school, she was able to carry Wei Xiang. In junior high school, with his increasing weight, she couldn’t carry it, so she pushed a bicycle to pick him up. Summer is fine, but if it rains and snows in winter, mother and son will be worried. "Others want it to snow in winter, but we are just the opposite, because the road is slippery and easy to fall." Wei Xiang said that he couldn’t remember how many times he and his mother fell in the rain and snow.

For more than ten years, Xia Ruiyun accompanied her children to school, accompanied them to exercise, and used her nursing knowledge to help them carry out rehabilitation training and exercise their walking ability. Over time, with the encouragement of his mother, Wei Xiang gradually learned to walk short distances with crutches.

"My mother and I didn’t think I was any different from normal people, not as hard as everyone thought. Difficulties that can be overcome must be overcome by yourself. Although I have physical problems, I can still live a wonderful life. " Faced with the injustice of fate, they recognize a truth: instead of complaining, it is better to be more optimistic and open-minded.

The "Xueba" college entrance examination in the eyes of teachers ranks 83rd in science in Gansu.

In the eyes of teachers and classmates, Wei Xiang is a veritable "schoolmaster". He is good at thinking and helpful. Whenever students encounter problems in mathematics, they will ask him for advice, so he becomes a "problem library".

Wei Xiang said that since he grew up unable to move, he could only sit, so he was quiet, fond of thinking and thinking. After a long time, I especially like math and physics. In learning, a problem can’t be solved, and sometimes he will think about it for four or five days until it is finally solved.

Sheng Shulan, the principal of Dingxi No.1 Middle School, said that Wei Xiang has a tenacious spirit, as long as he can do whatever he wants. The school regards Wei Xiang as an ordinary student, which will not make him feel different from other students, but the facilities that the school should provide will be provided without reservation. Wei Xianggang was assigned to the third floor of the teaching building with barrier-free access when he was a freshman in high school. At that time, the class teacher took the initiative to propose to the school that he should be transferred to the second floor, which is the lowest floor with a classroom to facilitate him to go upstairs and downstairs. "I’m so lucky. None of the people I met discriminated against me, laughed at me and helped me. " Speaking of which, Wei Xiang’s eyes are red, holding back his tears.

Wei Xiang lived up to expectations and scored a high score of 648 points in the national college entrance examination in 2017, ranking 83 rd in science in the province. At present, he has filled in Tsinghua University.

Send a message begging Tsinghua to "solve a humble room"

After getting a high score in the exam, Xia Ruiyun added another sadness with joy. After all, the child is inconvenient to move and has weak self-care ability. She had a bold idea: to accompany her children to study in Beijing.

To this end, on June 26th, Wei Xiang published the article "Request of a examinee with high score (648 points) in Gansu" on WeChat WeChat official account. Wei Xiang mentioned in the article that because he can’t live without someone to take care of him, he hoped that Tsinghua could help his mother and son "solve a humble abode for the two girls to help themselves".

A few days ago, Xia Ruiyun and Wei Xiang reflected their family situation to relevant people in Tsinghua University. On June 27th, Tsinghua’s official WeChat WeChat official account "Qingxiaohua" wrote a letter to Wei Xiang with the title "Life is hard, but please believe enough". The letter reads: "I believe you already have the quality of Tsinghua people’s self-improvement and virtue … … Living has become something that we all respect and worship. " This public reply also mentioned that Tsinghua was aware of Wei Xiang’s situation. Qiu Yong, president of Tsinghua, and Chen Xu, secretary of the school, immediately called the relevant departments of the school, demanding that the worries of their mother and son be properly solved. Tsinghua Admissions Office and Student Financial Assistance Management Center have contacted Wei Xiang, and once he is admitted, he will immediately start the financial assistance procedures, including providing travel expenses to Beijing, reducing tuition fees and accommodation fees. According to the relevant person in charge of the Tsinghua Gansu Admissions Team, with Wei Xiang’s achievements, he is promising to be admitted to Tsinghua.

Tsinghua can provide a single room for all sectors of society to lend a helping hand

Cong Zhentao, Minister of Student Affairs of Tsinghua University, said that if Wei Xiang can be admitted to Tsinghua University, the relevant funding will start immediately. "Generally speaking, the financial aid for students is limited to their own life and study. However, Wei Xiang’s situation is quite special. He can’t take care of himself. We can consider letting him live in a single room with his mother. "

WeChat official account’s WeChat Education Roundtable, a subsidiary of Beiqing Daily, reported this story for the first time yesterday, and it has been read more than 5 million times so far.

The relevant leaders of Dingxi Municipal Government also expressed their condolences to Wei Xiang for the first time, and said that the municipal party committee and the municipal government will definitely urge relevant departments to implement each assistance policy and coordinate and solve the difficulties in going to school. After learning about this, the person in charge of an enterprise in Gansu donated 20,000 yuan to Wei Xiang in the name of the enterprise.

Xia Ruiyun doesn’t have too many ideas and demands. He just wants to have a small house for children to study and live in. They will overcome what they can economically. She hopes that Wei Xiang can be self-reliant and live happily under any circumstances.

Every walker who challenges difficulties deserves praise.

Wei Xiang, a candidate from Gansu Province, asked for Tsinghua University’s support and Tsinghua University’s reply, which has exploded the circle of friends in recent days. Wei Xiang was disabled but didn’t give up. He was in a difficult situation and didn’t feel depressed. With his tenacity and unremitting diligence, he despised difficulties and "lived in a respectable and admired way", which set an example for many young people and provided life thinking for the majority of adults: everyone who faced difficulties deserves respect and praise.

The touching thing about Wei Xiang’s deeds lies in his contempt for difficulties and his strong will to overcome them. I believe that when a door is closed, another window will be opened. In the face of physical disability, if there is an attitude of not being afraid of difficulties, there will be another function or will to compensate. In his request to Tsinghua University, Wei Xiang said, "For 12 years, I tried my best to overcome my physical disability and study hard." Although it was only a few words, almost all people walked through the road with different degrees of difficulty, knowing how difficult it was for children from poor families to walk through that long and arduous journey. Wei Xiang’s unyielding will hit people’s inner softness, inspired people to think about how to choose in the face of difficulties, and activated people’s inner sleeping motivation.

Tsinghua University’s touching response is also memorable. In the process of handling this case, it is not simply limited to how to respond to Wei Xiang’s request, but deeply explores the spirit behind Wei Xiang’s deeds, and incorporates the spirit of Tsinghua University’s school motto of "self-improvement and morality", which reflects the mature and generous demeanor, respectable behavior and moving feelings of helping the disabled and the needy in a top university.

In fact, there are many people who have suffered misfortune in life, but perhaps not many who have been fortunate in Wei Xiang. How many people have never given up, struggled and struggled on that arduous and tortuous road, but unfortunately, how many people have not crossed the high limit erected by hardship and have not survived that arduous journey, which is the impermanence and ruthlessness of fate and life. There is no denying that there are countless such individuals, such as Wei Xiang, who are unfortunate and lucky at the same time. By silently honing and moving forward, they finally ignited the light of life, refreshed the existence of life and injected powerful positive energy into our society.

Wei Xiang’s deeds are inspiring, and Tsinghua University’s response is respectable. We should also see that how to make more difficult cases like Wei Xiang find support and help in the lonely journey may not be completely dependent on the helpless request of the parties. For people who have been in trouble for a long time, it takes great courage to open their mouths for help like Wei Xiang. Obviously, we can’t just wait for how to make the network of relevant national support policies more dense and really play a good role. There should be more initiatives and more perfect detailed measures.

56 competition venues of Hangzhou Asian Games completed "Big Lotus" bloomed along Qiantang River.

The Asian Games in Hangzhou will be held from September 10th to 25th this year. Yesterday (March 31st), Shaoxing Baseball Sports and Culture Center and Shaoxing Ke Qiao yangshan Rock Climbing Base passed the functional acceptance of the competition. So far, after nearly five years of construction, 56 competition venues of Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games and Asian Paralympic Games have been fully completed and passed the comprehensive acceptance of the event functions. Among the 56 venues that have been completed and accepted by the competition, the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium, which hosted the opening and closing ceremonies and track and field events, has attracted much attention from the outside world. What is the current situation of this venue?

First Prize of "Big Lotus" National Science and Technology Progress by Qiantang River

The steel consumption of 28,000 tons is less than that of a stadium of the same size.

Headquarters reporter Gao Wei:Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium looks like a "big lotus" from a distance. It consists of 28 petals of Da Lian and 27 petals of Nelumbo. In order to support this design, architects have made several rounds of optimization. After improvement, the steel consumption of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium is only 28,000 tons, which is one third less than that of the same size stadium. Thanks to this design, Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium won the Luban Award, the highest award in the field of architectural design in China, and the first prize of national scientific and technological progress.

It can accommodate more than 80 thousand people and will produce 48 gold medals here

Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium can accommodate more than 80,000 people, where the opening and closing ceremonies and track and field events will be held. It is estimated that more than 700 athletes from 45 countries will participate here, and a total of 48 gold medals will be produced.

The first batch of volunteers entered the venue for training.

Today (April 1st), the "Big Lotus", which passed the functional acceptance of the competition, welcomed the first batch of volunteers to step on the spot and train. On the playground, volunteers are putting up street signs and run-up devices for track and field. In the audience, volunteers are practicing how to guide the audience to find their seats. Volunteers navigate through smart applets to help the audience find their seats accurately.

Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium: Feel the wonder of "ice basket conversion"

Green, intelligence, frugality and civilization can be said to run through all aspects of the construction of 56 competition venues in Hangzhou Asian Games. Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium is the venue for holding the basketball finals of the Asian Games. Let’s look for the "bright spot of wisdom" ↓

A hockey game was held in this concrete field not long ago, and through one-click "ice basket conversion", ice events and basketball games can be seamlessly switched.

From the concrete floor to the ice surface and then to the basketball court, the secret of realizing the "ice basket conversion" lies in the ice-making pipeline embedded in the underground of the venue. When ice is needed, the staff will install a circle of boundary wall in the site and continuously cool the ground inside the boundary wall through the ice-making pipeline.

Liu Yang, a staff member of the Games Activity Department of Hangzhou "Asian Games Pavilion 3" operating company:The temperature of the concrete floor has dropped to MINUS 10 degrees Celsius or MINUS 8 degrees Celsius. As soon as water is spilled, it will freeze. The staff kept sprinkling water on it and then made ice. When the ice reaches the required thickness for the competition, the process of making ice is completed.

When the ice competition is completed, the scene can quickly realize the "ice basket conversion" without melting the ice.

Liu Yang, a staff member of the Games Activity Department of Hangzhou "Asian Games Pavilion 3" operating company:Just remove the boundary wall, then spread the thermal insulation carpet on the prepared ice surface, and then splice the basketball wooden floor on the thermal insulation carpet, so that this ice hockey venue can be transformed into a basketball competition venue, and the conversion can be completed in 6 to 8 hours.

In addition to the efficient "ice basket conversion", the staff can also check the situation in every corner of the venue in real time through the visual operation and maintenance management platform system, understand the operation situation and adjust it at any time.

Counting the ridiculous things of officials who have fallen off the horse: you can only be a "big official" if you drink 300,000 at a time.

CCTV News:Recently, the General Office of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People’s Government issued the "Regulations on the Total Prohibition of Alcohol in Official Activities in Guizhou Province". The regulations are clear: from September 1, 2017, all official activities in the province are prohibited from providing any alcohol, and no alcohol provided by any unit or individual, including alcohol brought by private individuals, is allowed. Official activities within the province are prohibited from giving any alcohol from public funds. No alcohol is allowed during working hours and at noon on weekdays. In addition, if it is really necessary to provide alcohol and drinking in major foreign affairs activities and investment promotion activities, the organizer shall report it to the responsible comrades in charge of the unit or the work for approval according to the principle of one purchase and one approval, and report it to the Commission for Discipline Inspection at the same level for the record.

Before Guizhou, Zhejiang, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Anhui, Xinjiang, Hunan and many other places had introduced alcohol prohibition regulations.

From the promulgation of the eight central regulations, to the Regulations on the Administration of Domestic Official Reception of Party and Government Organs issued by the General Offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council in 2013, it was clearly stipulated that high-grade drinks should not be provided for working meals, and then "prohibition of alcohol" was continuously issued everywhere. The strictness of the "prohibition of alcohol" has also been upgraded again and again: no alcohol is allowed at lunch on weekdays, and no alcohol is allowed during working hours and at noon on weekdays; From the official reception, it is forbidden to provide high-end drinks, and it is forbidden to provide any alcohol; In addition, Anhui and Hunan also banned alcoholic beverages.

As soon as the "Prohibition Order" came out, although the phenomenon of drinking in official reception was greatly reduced compared with before, some officials still could not give up their addiction to alcohol and violated the discipline.

The escalating "prohibition of alcohol" has to deal with the chaos of official drinking that is itself escalating.

Not drinking is not enough meaning: "When the wine glass rings, there are two thousand pieces of gold" and "promotion requires assessment of alcohol consumption"

"It should also be said that at the beginning, we were also disgusted with this luxurious thing. I don’t like wine either. I don’t drink a drop of wine at home during the New Year, and then it became a habit. Even when I invited someone, I didn’t drink as if I was not enthusiastic. Then when he invited me to eat, I didn’t drink as if it was not enough. " Yang Weize, former member of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Committee and former secretary of Nanjing Municipal Committee, said.

Yang Weize was once regarded as a "star official" in Jiangsu’s political circles. At the age of 36, he served as a departmental cadre. At the age of 44, he became the youngest member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in China.

A "lack of meaning" made his career slowly change, from accepting the dinner arranged by the business owner to accepting small gifts, then accepting red envelopes on holidays, and then evolving into a large amount of power and money transaction … When the glass rang, he not only gained two thousand gold, but also made him go to crime step by step. In the end, Yang Weize was sentenced to 12 years and 6 months in prison for accepting bribes, and his personal property was confiscated by RMB 2 million.

"Can drink eight liang to drink a catty, such comrades can rest assured; Can drink eight taels a catty, such comrades should be cultivated; Can drink white wine and beer, such comrades can’t stay; No one wants a comrade who can drink beer and drinks. " This reads like a jingle, but it is a true portrayal of some kind of officialdom.

When "not drinking is not enough meaning" becomes the unspoken rule among officials, and "how much can you drink" becomes the assessment standard for selecting and employing people, the abnormal official culture has led more officials to the abyss of depravity.

Yuan Junxiao, the former vice mayor of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, who was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment and fined 500,000 yuan for accepting bribes, is a typical case of "promotion by drinking". According to the previous report of "Integrity Outlook", Yuan Junxiao not only likes to go to dinner, but also likes to show his special "talent" at dinner. This special "talent" is to drink a lot. As early as when I worked as a designer in the Grinding Research Institute of Qinchuan Machine Tool Plant, Yuan Junxiao’s mass was well known. Taking advantage of this feature, Yuan consciously looked for leaders to drink. On the wine table, they called each other brothers. "Yuan’s contacts spread rapidly." After several years with the leaders of the Institute of Grinding Research, Yuan Junxiao was promoted and became the chief designer at the age of 26. At the end of 2001, Yuan Junxiao entered the official career as the executive deputy director of Baoji Economic and Trade Commission, and four years later, he became the sasac director of Baoji City.

Drink the grade: ordinary Maotai is not allowed, and classic Lafite is free to taste.

It can make officials feel that they don’t drink wine that is "not interesting enough", and naturally they can’t be "almost interesting".

China discipline inspection and supervision newspaper mentioned in the article "How to talk about elegance if you don’t obey the rules": "Some corrupt officials still spend money in clubs and taste the so-called" classic Lafite "before being arrested; Some corrupt officials regard Maotai as elegant in the year of drinking and drink 300,000 yuan at a time. "

CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection website even issued a document denouncing officials’ extravagant enjoyment: "Some leading cadres drank high-grade wine and vintage wine, and almost drank the" Lafite "brand".

In recent years, there are not a few officials who pour on high-grade wine. For many corrupt officials, high-grade wine is regarded as a symbol of status, and only by drinking the grade can it gain face.

Yang Weize, who was a teetotaler, gradually developed into "I like to drink Maotai, preferably vintage Maotai".

In April this year, the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection reported six typical spiritual problems that violated the eight central regulations and the ten provincial regulations. Among them, Luo Jianqiang, former member of the Standing Committee of Bijie Municipal Committee and former deputy mayor of the municipal government, has repeatedly accepted banquets from private entrepreneurs from the second half of 2014 to September 2016, and received 2 bottles of Maotai vintage wine and 24 bottles of state banquet Maotai. One month after the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection publicly notified, Luo Jianqiang was double-opened for serious violation of discipline.

Zhang Jianjin, member of Tianjin Municipal Committee, former party secretary and chairman of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group, will achieve the ultimate goal of "drinking the grade". Before being censored from May 2013 to August 2015, Zhang Jianjin often went in and out of high-end restaurants in the name of business reception, organized and accepted public banquets. Maotai, Wuliangye and special health wine were required for every meal, and Moutai was generally not imported. If you want to drink it, you can drink it for 15 years or 30 years.

In 2013, a private business owner celebrated Zhang Jianjin’s birthday. When Zhang Jianjin saw that he brought ordinary Maotai, he disdained to ask for a 15-year Maotai brought by others. When a boss who had been humiliated by Zhang Jianjin ate and drank with him again, he took the initiative to bring the 30-year-old Maotai a "revenge".

Try your best to drink: bottled mineral water, hidden in the trunk, and high-end wine put on vest and appeared again

The details of Zhang Jianjin’s violation of discipline of "bottling Maotai with mineral water" have been reported many times. In the anti-corruption feature film "Always on the Road", he said: "If people take a film for you with their mobile phones, then there will be evidence on the Internet, so pour the Moutai into the mineral water, and then take the mineral water bottle and share it backwards when everyone shares the wine."

Around Zhang Jianjin, there are a group of private business owners with related interests all the year round. In order to cater to Zhang Jianjin’s drinking hobby, there are all kinds of Maotai and various wines in the trunk of their cars for a long time, including Maotai in 15 or 30 years.

Zhang Jianjin made great efforts to drink, private enterprise bosses prepared for offering wine for a long time, and merchants also resorted to tricks to sell wine.

In 2015, a reporter went to many places to investigate and found that high-end wines that had been silent for a period of time warmed up again under the banner of "special supply", "customization" and "special edition". In the showcase of a tobacco and liquor store, the reporter saw a kind of Maotai liquor marked with special words for a state organ. The owner of the store said that the wine was originally produced by Maotai Distillery, and it was specially designed for wine and internal wine; The "abstract" wine and "inscription" wine launched by Guizhou Jinsha Group are very concerned by some public officials and business owners. A sales manager said that a bottle of "abstract" wine with a specification of 650 ml sold for 1,800 yuan, and sold for 50 million yuan in the first year of listing.

Drinking chaos is thought-provoking: control greed and don’t let the wine table become the intermediary of corruption.

Zhang Jianjin, as a typical person who ignored the party discipline and rules and changed the pattern to engage in "four winds", once said this when he reflected on himself: "What led me to commit a crime today, I think it was also caused by eating and drinking in this kind of interaction with them. After eating and drinking together for so many years, I think that these are all buddies and friends, so I will no longer defend them, so I say that in the end, it will become a kind of withdrawal. "

The People’s Daily once commented that there is only one reason for the corruption of cadres in the final analysis, and they have failed to control their greed. Once the string of discipline and rules is loosened on the wine table, greed will grow with it, and then all kinds of edge balls will be played, even taking risks. A small wine table has thus become an intermediary for corruption. Once cadres believe in vulgar officialdom philosophy, regard banquets as a stepping stone to seek benefits, and design dinner as a channel to expand contacts, few people can resist not reaching out. Only when officials and cadres draw a red line in their hearts and strictly demand themselves, can they stay away from the trap of corruption and prevent a misstep from becoming an everlasting regret. Among them, the total investment in the research and development of mobile-fixed integrated terminal operating system products is 1.5 billion yuan, including 1 billion yuan and 500 million yuan of self-raised funds. China Software invested heavily in this project, in order to meet the new demand of terminal operating system market and create terminal interconnection and diversified application scenarios.

This may mean that the Galaxy Kirin operating system of Kirin Software will support a variety of mobile terminals such as tablets and 1-in-1 notebooks in the future.
It can be said that the overweight layout of China’s software in the field of mobile-solid integration was opened in the long-awaited investors and the industry volume.
In 2023, some investors frequently asked them questions on the interactive platform, whether the company’s operating system products can be applied to mobile phones and other smart wearable devices. China Software responded that "Kirin operating system can be used in many fields such as desktops, servers, workstations and embedded applications, and currently does not support mobile devices."
At the same time, Tongxin software, which is also the leader of domestic operating system, took the lead in realizing the interconnection of domestic desktop systems from mobile to PC at the end of 2023, successfully migrated two applications for data synchronization between mobile and desktop, iTunes and vivo, and started the war of "involution" in the field of migration and integration.
China Software plans to invest 1.2 billion yuan in the research and development project of cloud-oriented server operating system products. According to the company, the project focuses on solving the shortcomings of the server operating system products and ecology, accelerating the integrated development of the server operating system and the cloud platform, strengthening the AI intelligent computing enabling and heterogeneous AI resource scheduling technology of the server operating system, and comprehensively improving the performance of the server operating system.
In addition, China Software plans to invest 300 million yuan in the embedded operating system capability platform construction project.
In addition to the market and policy drive, China Software’s investment is also aimed at developing advantageous industries. According to the company, after the smooth implementation of the project, the company’s overall technical strength will be further improved, its business advantages will be further highlighted, and its overall profitability will be improved in the future.
From the perspective of profitability, Kirin Software is indeed the best among the 22 holding and shareholding companies of China Software, and even needs to support the basic disk of China Software. The reporter looked up the financial report and found that in 2023, China Software suffered its first loss since it landed in the capital market in 2002, with a pre-loss of 200-240 million yuan in net profit attributable to its mother.
However, Kirin software has been relatively stable. In H1, 2023, the net profit of Kirin Software ranked first among 22 companies; In the first three quarters of 2023, Kirin Software achieved an operating income of 661 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.27%; The net profit was 129 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 152.94%.

It is never too late for filmmakers to rejoin a carnival. This is why this year’s Berlin Film Festival is of great significance to Chinese films.especiallySignificant.

The collective appearance of Chinese-language films undoubtedly means that China’s film industry has resumed its connection with the global film industry. However, for the time being, the overall output and creative ability of Chinese films have not really recovered.Vitality, let alone peak..

Whether it’s the number of finalists or the grand prizeOpportunityBerlin Film Festival has always been the most popular film festival for Chinese filmmakers among the three major European film festivals.

The fifth-generation domestic directors have become famous internationally, and almost all of them work with the Berlin Film Festival.DoThe promotion of is inseparable..The early works of Zhang Yimou, Tian Zhuangzhuang, Wu Ziniu and others have almost received the attention of Berlin Film Festival, and Zhang Yimou’s directorial debut.Red sorghumIt is also the first Chinese film to win the highest prize in the three major international film festivals in Europe.

After that, Jia Zhangke, Zhang Yuan, Wang Xiaoshuai and Wang Quanan, among the directors of the sixth generation, got the attention of the Berlin Film Festival from the first one or two works of his directorial career. Even though Jia Zhangke is now regarded as a Cannes lineal, his first novel Xiao Wu was finally noticed by European critics in Berlin.

Even in the last decade when Cannes and Venice gradually lost interest in Chinese films, Fireworks in the Day, Massage and Forever can still win major awards in Berlin. This year, more than ten Chinese works were selected again, which proves the indispensable bridge value of Berlin Film Festival for Chinese films and filmmakers.

Although this year’s shortlisted Chinese works are regrettable, for Chinese filmmakers, boardThe international stage is still the best opportunity to show Chinese films.take for exampleThe screening of "Deep Sea" in Berlin has caused many overseas media to focus on China.GuodongDiscussion on the rise of painting movies.

In a broader sense, this is more of a bottoming out after the group has been suppressed for a long time, but it is a single bounce.riseIn terms of height, the result is not satisfactory.

This anxiety about the quality of the film actually comes from the words of Du Qifeng, the only Chinese judge at the opening ceremonyrevealClue.I think the movies are poor now, and the movies all over the world are poor. But this does not mean that Asian content is on the ebb in top international film festivals, on the contrary. Hirokazu Koreeda and Bong Joon ho have taken away the Palme d ‘Or award from Cannes for two consecutive years, and Asian films are in the limelight.

Only Chinese movies are lost. especiallyIn contrast to Japanese and Korean films,Chinese worksThere is no doubt that both awards and attention are aphasia.Make this lossMore intense.

This lack is not only due to the physical isolation caused by the epidemic.. From the perspective of creation,Over the past few years, Chinese film perspectiveObviously, they all show an inward contraction trend, and the filmCreatorsMore attention is paid toLimited to here and nowPersonal experienceInstead of openly expressing issues of universal significance with an open attitude..

From this point of view, the Berlin Film Festival is in a catching-up position. After Venice awarded the Golden Lion Award to the documentary for the second time in history last year, Berlin immediately conducted business study this year. Scientific running and healthy life

This year is a highlight year in the history of marathon. On October 12, Kenyan male athlete Kipkog broke the human limit in Vienna and successfully ran into the two-hour marathon. On October 13th, Kenyan woman Bridget Koschi broke the world best result in the women’s marathon, which has been maintained for 16 years, in Chicago. In the 39th Beijing Marathon, which ended on November 3rd, the men’s race record was also refreshed again.

In recent years, the number of marathon events and various road running events has been blowout. With the participation of more and more people, road running has gradually become an urban culture that leads the national fitness trend.

According to the Business Value Report of Sports Industry in China, among the sports that people often participate in, running ranks among the best with 43% participation. Road running, represented by marathon, has become one of China people’s favorite fitness exercises and an important platform for national fitness. In 2018, the total number of participants in the national marathon and related events was 5.83 million, an increase of 4.33 million over 2015.

A group of statistics on amateur runners and runners around the world released by IAAF in June this year show that in the past 10 years, only about 12% of all runners participated in the marathon (the marathon duration is 42.195 kilometers), while the number of people who participated in the half marathon (hereinafter referred to as "half horse") kept increasing, accounting for about 30%. The "5 km" has the largest number of participants, accounting for about 35% of all runners. In China, the scale of road runners is also growing.

So "5 km", "10 km", "half horse" and "whole horse", which event is suitable for you and how to run healthier? On November 2nd, more than 50 people, including leaders of more than 20 national road running/marathon trade associations and runners from Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Jilin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Jiangxi, gathered in Beijing to participate in the symposium on "Marathon and Great Health" jointly held by "Healthy China" edition of China Youth Daily and Beijing Marathon Association. Participants discussed the relationship between road running and personal health, marathon and industry health, and marathon and social health atmosphere from the perspectives of education, medicine, media communication and the development of road running industry, so as to convey the concept of scientific fitness to fitness enthusiasts.

Marathon is an extreme sport, and every participant should treat it with caution.

There are probably the following motivations for people to participate in road running: at the physiological level, in order to keep healthy or lose weight; On the psychological level, in order to increase self-confidence, pursue the meaning of life and cope with negative emotions, gain a sense of accomplishment in competing with others and achieving personal goals; At the social level, I hope to associate with others and get recognition.

From illness to running 59 marathons (including 22 "all horses"), Wen Caifeng, a runner over 50 years old, started running for health. Because of encephalitis, she was once "immune" in college. After graduation, she went from sub-health to minor illness, and then she was hospitalized almost every year. Wen Caifeng realized that hospitals can only treat diseases and only exercise can make herself healthy, so she started running and ran into the marathon. Wen Caifeng’s running goal for himself is "no injury, longer, faster and healthier".

How to know the marathon, and what are the misunderstandings of the public about the marathon? Zhao Fuming, president of Beijing Marathon Association, said that people who never run talk about "horses", while some enthusiasts will excessively pursue personal best (PB). "First of all, we should realize that as amateur runners, we are far away from competitive sports. Even those who have the best performance among runners should also realize the gap and not aim too high; Secondly, it should be Do not forget your initiative mind. When running, ensuring health is the top priority, without affecting normal work and life, scientific fitness, and enjoying a healthier life through exercise. " Zhao Fuming believes that the marathon itself is an extreme sport, and every participant should be treated with caution.

Sports medicine experts teach you how to run safer.

Zhu Jingxian, a medical supervisor and sports physician in Peking University Institute of Sports Medicine, started with the case of sudden death in a marathon and analyzed who was not suitable for running a marathon. She warned everyone to run scientifically and safely, and to keep running for health.

"Marathon is a typical extreme challenge project, and its first finisher died suddenly at the finish line, which is enough to show us the risks of this sport. However, it is also a sport full of challenges and enjoyment. Regular running will make the brain secrete more dopamine and endorphins, which will make people happy and even ‘ Addiction ’ 。” Zhu Jingxian said.

According to incomplete statistics, since 2014, more than 20 runners in China have died suddenly in the "Half Horse" or "All Horse" race or after the race. Foreign literature statistics show that the incidence of sudden death in marathon is 0.6/100,000-1.9/100,000, while in China, the incidence of sudden cardiac death in the whole population is 41.84/100,000, which is much higher than that in horse racing. Zhu Jingxian believes that "we can do more work to further avoid tragedies, and nip in the bud is the key."

Zhu Jingxian said that people with cardiopulmonary diseases and potential heart diseases are not recommended to participate in the competition. How to find potential heart diseases, such as congenital heart disease and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, is the key to reduce sudden cardiac death during or after the game. "We suggest that the contestants go to a regular hospital for the following examinations before the competition: electrocardiogram, echocardiography and cardiopulmonary exercise experiment. Physical examination before the game is very important. " Zhu Jingxian said.

Secondly, the contestants need to run step by step before the race, and regular running habits are the basis to ensure the completion of the marathon. "Generally speaking, people who have never run for a long distance, even if their physical fitness is good, are not recommended to participate in the marathon. For the first time, a strange sports event is prone to sports rhabdomyolysis, and in severe cases, renal failure may occur. " Zhu Jingxian said that for the first-time marathon runners, only after completing the running training equivalent to the whole marathon distance before the competition can they better play their level in the official competition, and at the same time reduce the risks of sports injuries and sudden death. Amateur masters who have participated in many marathons should also pay attention not to blindly pursue achievements. "You should pay attention to your feelings in the race. If you are unwell, stop the race in time and seek medical support. If you stay up late, catch a cold and are in poor health before the game, it is recommended to give up the game. "

"The most prone to cardiac arrest is the runner whose pace (a concept often used in marathon training, which refers to the time required for a runner to run 1 kilometer) is between 5 minutes and 6 minutes and 30 seconds, that is, ‘ Quanma ’ The competition takes 3.5 -4.5 hours ‘ Amateur master ’ . 52% of cardiac arrest occurred in the last 10 kilometers of the marathon. " Zhu Jingxian said.

The common sports injuries in running are mostly concentrated in hips, knees and ankles. Dr. Zhu reminded runners to do what they can. "For short-term injuries, they can be cured through rest and physical compensation; Reversible long-term damage can be cured by drug therapy+physical factor therapy+rehabilitation training; However, for irreversible long-term damage, surgery is needed, and it may also cause permanent functional loss. "

Dr. Zhu Jingxian reminded runners: nutritional supplements at ordinary times, before, during and after the game should be paid enough attention; Running equipment should be based on ensuring safety, and it is not expensive to be right. Finally, she particularly emphasized that muscle strength training is very important for runners. "Muscle strength is the armor that protects joints and the cornerstone of PB."

The road running industry is in its infancy and full of opportunities.

Zhu Donghui, secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing No.3 Middle School, is also a marathon runner. Together with the headmaster of No.3 Middle School who is also a runner, he has formed a 70-person teachers’ running group and has participated in several events organized by Beijing Marathon Association. At the same time, the school also designed a 3 km -10 km running training plan for students of different ages. "The sense of accomplishment of students holding special medals after the game is more effective than any kind of verbal mobilization. It is our ultimate goal to cultivate students’ healthy habits through the guidance of teachers. Running is a lifelong benefit, and I believe that running students can also influence parents and friends around them. " Zhu Donghui said.

Road running industry associations and various running groups all over the country are grass-roots organizations that undertake and lead the vast number of road running people. Zhao Fuming believes that at present, the road running industry is in its infancy and has good development opportunities.

In this year’s National Day mass parade, Beijing Marathon Association organized more than 200 members to participate in the first set-up running group phalanx. Up to now, Beijing Marathon Association has hosted, undertaken and co-organized 13 events, conducted 1,140 public welfare trainings and 20 certification trainings, with about 58,000 participants, covering the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

How should local trade associations achieve healthy development? Zhao Fuming believes that the nature and positioning of industry associations should be clarified; Form a work team with common goals; Implement valuable work items; In line with the national strategy of healthy China, it is the key to actively cooperate with government policies and requirements.

Don’t just throw yourself into a sport with cool fashion or beautiful equipment, but slowly integrate into it on the basis of fully understanding the risks, advantages and disadvantages of the project."

Hou Pengcheng suggested that runners should be responsible for their own health, combine their own characteristics and learn from others’ experience in running, and form the habit of lifelong exercise.

Xu Zhengbiao, deputy head of Huai ‘an Running Group in Jiangsu Province, and Lei Huashou, chairman of Nanchang Athletics Association, shared local experience in carrying out activities at the meeting.
