National energy administration： solving the problem of arrears of renewable energy subsidies in many ways

　 　 　 　CCTV News:At the press conference, in response to the problem of arrears of renewable energy subsidies, the relevant person in charge of the National Energy Administration said that the National Energy Administration and relevant departments have actively studied and explored ways and channels to solve the problem of arrears of subsidies.

　 　 　 　At present, some renewable energy enterprises are relatively short of funds because of subsidy arrears, but in fact these subsidy funds exist objectively and are guaranteed by government credit. Financial institutions are required to extend or renew loans according to the actual project and cash flow on the basis of independent consultation between banks and enterprises, or adjust the repayment schedule and repayment period to ensure the continuous cash flow of enterprises.　

　 　 　 　Li Chuangjun introduced that enterprises are encouraged to reduce their interest burden and share the interest pressure through green certificate trading, and do a good job in collecting the additional funds for renewable energy tariffs, so as to expand the sources of subsidy income and the scale of subsidy income. Priority will be given to granting subsidy funds to project enterprises that have voluntarily converted to parity, and at the same time, we will encourage projects and enterprises that have voluntarily converted to parity to continue to increase credit support, gradually alleviating and finally solving the problem of subsidy arrears.
