After graduating from the technical school, Zhou Hao was assigned to the machinery manufacturing company of Fuxin Mining Group in Liaoning Province as a locksmith. Based on his love for his major, he took the initiative to study at work, and successively worshipped more than a dozen outstanding masters in the factory, and got his example. After a period of time, I deeply feel that the lack of machining theory has become the bottleneck of improving my skills. So after that, the place where I went most in my spare time was the library, and I got two university graduation certificates of mechanical manufacturing specialty and undergraduate course respectively through the self-taught examination. In 2007 and 2013, Zhou Hao won the first prize of fitter in the "Mayor’s Cup" workers’ vocational skills competition in Fuxin, Liaoning Province (and won the title of "model worker" and "chief employee" in the city at the same time). In 2015, he won the title of "Liaoning Province Meritorious High-skilled Talents". In March 2016, due to work needs, Zhou Hao came to work in the newly established Sanya Institute of Deep Sea Science and Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and began his dream of becoming a maritime power. With a good professional ability and technical foundation, Zhou Hao quickly entered the role. In view of the fact that the advanced French ultraviolet Raman laser instruments imported from the Institute cannot be used in common with domestic equipment, he designed and manufactured various conversion devices to make the imported instruments compatible with domestic instruments and maximize the application scope of scientific research instruments.
All the products developed in the deep sea are high-tech products going to the seabed below the world’s deepest depth of 10,000 meters, and the parts produced have reached a high level in terms of materials, complexity and machining accuracy. This requires a large number of new technologies, new processes, new methods and technological innovation and transformation to support it. June 2016 & mdash; August and 2017 1— In March, Zhou Hao went to the Challenger Abyss of Mariana twice with the "Exploration No.1" scientific research ship for scientific research.
