　　Jin Zhuanglong introduced that since the beginning of this year, China has made great efforts to optimize supply, expand demand, enhance kinetic energy, help enterprises, improve the resilience and safety level of industrial chain supply chain, and promote the stable recovery of industrial economy, showing a good trend of recovery.

　　In the first three quarters of this year, China’s industrial production grew steadily, and the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 4% year-on-year. High-tech manufacturing accounted for 15.3% of the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size.

　　How to further stabilize expectations and strengthen confidence, and consolidate and expand the good momentum of industrial economic recovery? Jin Zhuanglong said that China will continue to implement the work plan of steady growth of ten major industries, such as steel, nonferrous metals and petrochemicals, to ensure the steady growth of key industries. We will support major industrial provinces to "take the lead" and accelerate the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, so as to form more industrial growth poles.
